I always learn new techniques to cook plus bake.
I labor with a four-star Chef that has cooked in France, The UK, plus Ireland. The guy is a mega Superstar plus one of the reasons why the diner does so well. The two of us are constantly drastically tied up while I was in the summer time season. Tourism is one of the biggest reasons. The two of us get a lot of tourists in the section plus they are looking for the best food in the city. During the summer, the diner stays tied up from afternoon until night. The worst time of the month is on Mondays plus Thursday mornings. Last Monday night the two of us were packed. The two of us had a total of 40 reservations on the books. At the end of the afternoon, I needed a break. The air conditioning stopped working sometime around 7:30. The executive chef said something to the owner of the diner, however the guy couldn’t call a service service in the middle of our supper service. The owner of the diner promised to take care of the AC problem the next afternoon before service. I went new home at the end of the afternoon plus I was exhausted. I hoped plus prayed that the diner owner would honestly make the swings the next afternoon. I got to labor around 5 plus the AC service service was leaving just as I was pulling into the parking lot. The service service fixed the cooling problem plus ran tests on the equipment so the two of us wouldn’t have any other trouble the rest of the summer time season.
