Just this past weekend our bestie and I celebrated our birthday by going to a new city.
We typically wanted to explore this neighborhood and try out all of the city’s famous food and visit the local attractions.
It was a wonderful trip but one downfall that the two of us experienced was the hotel that the two of us stayed at. The hotel was horrible when it came to the client repair and air conditioning unit. When the two of us got there it was a hot and hot day and the two of us wanted to drop our luggage off in the hotel room and cool down a bit since the two of us were really warm. We wanted to do this before the two of us did any exploring. My bestie went to the temperature control and set the temperature down to 62 degrees. We waited for about numerous hours and the two of us didn’t even hear the window air conditioning component kick on. We figured something must have been wrong with it… Before our bestie called the front desk to report a broken air conditioning unit, our bestie turned the cooling system component on and off and turned the temperature control on and off. To no avail the air conditioning component still did not kick on. We called the front desk and told them about the broken air conditioning unit. We were told that the two of us could not get into another room since all the rooms were booked up and that the two of us would be able to get into a new room with a laboring air conditioning component the next day. I did not want to sleep in a room that was hot and not air-conditioned, then especially since it was in the middle of summer. So the two of us packed up our things and found another hotel that had a laboring cooling system unit.
