I live in a weird neighborhood, to say the least.
It is for the most area a normal, quiet location, with well kept grasss & cheerful families.
But a sizable area of this location is owned by a sizable group of difficult partying retirees. It’s a good thing they all go to bed early, because when they throw a party it is constantly epic; Every party is a block party, & most people within walking distance has an open invitation to attend. I actually started attending them as a way to network & maybe get some up-to-date purchasers for our business, however now I go because these old people rock. I run a small Heating & A/C maintenance shop in town, & contractor is good however it can constantly be better. The first time I went I handed out a few contractor cards for our Heating & A/C company, & wrote our condo number on the back, since the people I was with and I were all neighbors, I would say, I can come right over if you have a heating or cooling emergency; What do you know, the tactic paid off & I got a half dozen up-to-date Heating & A/C purchasers within the first 2 weeks! Since after that I go to every party, although I am a lot more chill about handing out our Heating & A/C contractor cards. Word of mouth is more fancy, so I figure by focusing on our modern purchasers & giving them the best possible Heating & A/C service, the good word will travel through the neighborhood. I enjoy these old folks, & they call myself and others the friendly neighborhood Heating & A/C man.
