Living close to the beach at the summertime lake house me and our husband own together is a good thing.

It really makes the summer time months pass by and feel great. Also, the beautiful ocean breeze that both of us catch from the water is good air quality all of the time, so both of us never have to worry too deeply about getting any kind of media air cleaner for the little summer time lake house such as the one both of us have in our correct house. I’m glad for that, because you know, I could not afford to invest in 2 different whole lake house media air cleaners at both houses! About the only thing that living by the beach causes that easily can be a bit of a hassle is that periodically there is sand that randomly blows through the air while in a thunderstorm. When this happens, the volume of sand gets into our central heating and air conditioner unit and I finally have to go out and scrub it before the sand will work its way inside of it and possibly jam the fan. That would probably cause our central heating and air conditioner unit unit to break right down if enough got in there, and both of us can’t have that AC disaster happening now can we? No! I have never had to call a highly certified heating and cooling specialist even once for the central air conditioner unit in our summer time home, and I will keep it that way.
