My Grandma enjoys to get all of my cousins together and tell us all of these stories about when she was a little girl; I love to hear all of the crazy stories about when she was young, however things were genuinely odd back then, and it’s so interesting to hear about the days when there was no TV, few telephones, no internet, and hardly any units at all, and did you suppose that back a long time ago, there was no such thing as ? My Grandma told us once that she remembers the genuinely first time she ever walked into a building that was cooled with , but she wasn’t sure what was happening. She said that it was a sizzling Summer day and she had to go into the bank for her father. She said that as soon as she walked in the door of the bank, she got blasted with freezing frigid air from one of the overhead air vents, however grandma said that she’d never felt anything like it in her entire life. She thought she was walking into a big refrigerator or something. I suppose buildings with systems are so commonplace this day and age that I’ve never actually thought that much about them. I can’t even imagine going into a building with for the genuinely first time. It must have been pretty surreal for my Grandma to suppose blowing down on her head when she was a girl! I kind of wish I had lived back then when everything was simpler.
