The last time I went to my health professional for a check up it really hit me that they were not actually current with everything in the office.
Some things were ok not being upgraded, however what seriously got me was the fact that they do not have any central heating or air conditioning equipment at all.
All they have is a rather weak window air conditioning machine for the summer, plus a small portable space furnace for the frosty winter months in each exam room plus the front office. Depending on the time of the year it can be extremely uncomfortable. I actually made a complaint to the health professional when I saw him plus told him that during my time in the waiting area that I was feeling rather warm with the weather being as boiling as it was outside. And that it wouldn’t be surprising to me if my temperature was high plus appeared as if I had a fever. He went on to explain that his practice has been having a bunch of financial setbacks plus that is the reason why the heating plus the air conditioning equipment has not been upgraded. He mentioned that it is something they are working on getting outside funding for. If all goes as it should, he said that they will have a completely brand new central heating, ventilation, plus A/C in the health professional’s office before the end of the year! The office building itself truly needs to be upgraded with the new central heating, ventilation, plus A/C equipment he is talking about.
