I remember this a single assignment both of us got in university because I actually was able to reach out to my mentor… Both of us had this writing assignment where both of us had to convince somebody of the importance of something that meant a lot to us; The a single thing that I wanted to achieve was getting to mentor to understand how crucial the temperature control settings were in our classroom.
I studied a lot about Heating and Air Conditioning systems and how they needed proper service and care to labor well. I also looked up multiple studies about how students are able to learn better when they are in a comfortable studying environment. This included sufficient temperature control settings and the use of a good UV air purifier or powerful UV air purifier. When I wrote my paper, I used all of the information I gathered and I put together a pretty good fight as to why both of us should have excellent temperature control in our studying environment. The paper must have been very good because not only did I get an “A” on my paper, but after that, the mentor adjusted the temperature control settings. While both of us used to be roasting in the classroom with it being around 73 plus degrees, the temperature was lowered on the control equipment to 75 which was just right. I knew it was because of my paper because I actually made the suggestion that 75 was a sufficient temperature for students and they would be able to excel in their studying environment. It would enable everybody to focus better and to become more involved because they were feeling so much more comfortable.
