My father’s house and land have been passed down for many generations, and the family has remained reasonably prosperous, but I’ve never been interested in the family’s fortune! I merely want to do my own thing and enjoy life to the fullest.

I wouldn’t say I’m dancing in the money or anything, but I have enough money to live happily and comfortably with my family, but now my father is going to pass the property on to me when he passes away. That will be a difficult period as well, and I doubt it will be easy to spend much time in that place. The problem is that I can’t simply sell the property since I know it will be part of the stipulation agreement, and if I’m going to keep the property, I’ll have to make certain concessions. One of my big issues is that the house still uses an old steam boiler system. If you keep this approach up over time, it will last nearly indefinitely. It’s a hulk, a massive cast iron apparatus that is also impressive to behold. To be honest, it’s rather daunting, yet it performs the job of providing heating for the entire house. I suppose I would have to outfit the property with solar panels, enough to provide power to the whole estate. Then I would upgrade the heating plan with a multi-split Heating as well as Air Conditioning. I would have units installed all throughout in strategic locations as well as a smart Heating and Air Conditioning plan so as to be controlled remotely via my smartphone. I also want to get some radiant heating in all the bathrooms for ultimate comfort.
