I can be sure that the heating and cooling system is kept in peaking working order and ready to handle demand. I have not faced a single, more high-priced service since I signed up for this service. I’ve noticed a significant decrease in the cost of my yearly energy bills. The current home is more comfortable, with less temperature fluctuation. The furnace and a/c operate quietly and I can expect both components to last longer; Plus, the service agreements include some nice perks. I get priority scheduling, overtime service without extra fees and free labor for repairs. It’s a easily worthwhile and cost-effective investment, and while I still make sure to replace air filters, the rest of the upkeep is handled by the professionals.
