My fiance and I made an appointment with the air conditioner repair contractor.

The people I was with and I kept hearing a unusual noise and it did not seem like the air conditioner was keeping up with the moderate hot and cold temperatures. Even with the thermostat set for 69 degrees, it was still much warmer throughout the house, and my fiance noticed the noise and urged myself and others to contact the air conditioner repair contractor. The guy came the next day and told us that the people I was with and I needed a new motor. The new motor was quite upscale and our fiance and I had to use our debit card to pay the charges. The people I was with and I were ecstatic that the new motor solved the problem. The air conditioner started to work well again and the airflow increased significantly. The unusual noise was completely gone. My fiance and I acquired The debit card bill in the mail this week and I was surprised to see 2 separate charges on our debit card statement. The first charge was the same amount as the fees stated on our original receipt. The minute charge was $300 less. I was immediately upset about the 2 charges and I called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor while our fiance contacted the debit card contractor. The bookkeeper evaluated our bill and the invoice and she confirmed that only one charge should have been filed, since the people I was with and I had 2 separate fees, she agreed to refund the higher amount. She didn’t think how the terrible mix-up occurred, however she apologized for the trouble. I couldn’t stay angry after she gave us $300 for making the mistake.
