I don’t know the real reason but I have never understood how people can have so many friends.
Unlike the majority of people that I know, I have been the type of person who only has one or two that I stick with my entire life.
I’m not a grumpy kermit or anything like that, I just don’t get close to alot of people. Some who are actually close to me, my wife for example, think that it’s a little odd that I don’t like to make any more friends, but I think there aren’t any problems with it. What i am missing in terms of quantity I get extremely high amounts of quality. For example, one of my best buddies who I have been close with ever since the 3rd grade is now the manager at a very well known HVAC ventilation, heating and cooling company. Thanks to him I don’t have stress over the shape that my air conditioning unit is in at all. If my a/c unit starts to slow down or show signs of a problem, I text my buddy and he sends out two of his best HVAC repair techs to my home. Its really as simple as that! My other friend is a business mogul that is always setting up trips for all of us to meet up. First class, five star hotels, whatever we are in the mood for we get. Trust me, its not about how many friends you have, its about the quality of your friends. Make sure to consider that before getting close with someone!
