When people were complaining about the heat and cool air in our office, none of the management or other employees had a care in the world.
They didn’t want to do much at all about the hot as well as on even cold temperatures. They said they would contact someone, but it did not become clear to us that this would happen until the end when the people I was with as well as myself had to voice our opinion. It is absolutely incredible to achieve this type of indoor air quality and all of us believed management would never help us to feel better. Having everything done now means that we can work in a good indoor air environment. The two of us don’t want to resent management for not doing anything quicker, but we are happy it is done now.
