I try to factor in that he comes from a much different time than I do. A vast majority of his ideas plus philosophies are easily black and white. There really just isn’t much room for any gray area for this man. However, there are often some excellent words of wisdom in his diatribes sometimes. For example, he told me that finding a trusted mechanic could be more pressing than finding a really great doctor. That one in particular has turned out to be gold over the years. The same can be said for Heating plus A/C machine specialists. I’m undoubtedly fortunate to have a Heating plus A/C guy who is more like family than a service professional. This guy has constantly been a top notch pro with the nicest skills. And, he has been there for me through plenty of years plus some tough situations. My Mom recently moved down here because she just can’t be all alone any longer. Her air conditioning machine went out just weeks after she first arrived. I was in the first stages of moving her in with me until both of us could get her a current Heating plus A/C machine. But, my trusty Heating plus A/C pro brought over a ton of portable cooling machines so she could stay in her place. He didn’t even charge me a dime for this. My Uncle could ramble for hours even though he was right. When you find a really nice mechanic, don’t let them go.
