If you are thinking about getting a really great cleaning service, or even if you already have a good cleaning service, it is pressing that you maintain a positive relationship with them! Did you even know that in some foreign countries, it is required by law that if you have a property cleaning person or a contractor office cleaner, you must supply them with a particular amount of paid time off every year? The people I was with and I would not do that here where the group of us live, but that doesn’t mean that you should not strive to have a positive relationship with the people at your cleaning dealer.
After all, you are trusting them to come into your property or office, and you are trusting them with your health.
First, treat the people from the cleaning business with the utmost respect, they are not your servants or slaves. They are people just like you with certain needs, wants, and desires. They have emergencies that tend to happen and love a good book. Treat them as you would prefer to be treated yourself. Second, prepare your property for when the cleaning contractor people will arrive. Of course, you don’t have to thoroughly wash the property before the cleaner comes, but you should tidy up a little… If your cleaning contractor is not supposed to wash the dishes, you should not have dirty dishes filling up the sink. They have to wash the actual kitchen, and it is not honorable to ask the cleaning contractor personnel to do the tasks that they are not actually contracted to do. Also, if you have junk all over the floor, how can the cleaning contractor even mop the floors? Be considerate; that is the best way to have a fine relationship with the folks from your cleaning place of business.
