Just recently, I had a nightmare where I was super overweight and having a heart attack. I woke up and realized that I’d been neglecting my health. I’d gotten in the habit of eating lots of junk food. I rarely bothered with fruits or vegetables, and didn’t take the time to cook healthy meals. I was eating a lot of fried foods. I think my inner guilt came to light in my sleep. I realized that the more I neglected my fitness, the more I jeopardized my health. I worried about having a heart attack in real life. I checked my blood pressure and it was certainly high. This made me realize I needed to start eating right. I also needed to start a dedicated workout routine. Since I had no clue how to go about any of this, I contacted a personal trainer. I decided to trust my health to the care of a professional. The personal trainer also provided me with nutritional counseling. I was given a personalized diet plan to provide minerals, vitamins, nutrients and energy. It also helps improve muscle mass. The exercises the personal trainer introduced were challenging. He pushed me to work harder and after every session, I felt great about my achievements. I started out with simple jumping jacks, pushups and pullups, but have gradually expanded into more difficult workouts. My experience with my personal trainer has been so rewarding. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and gained some muscles. I feel encouraged to keep pushing to be healthier, stronger, better in every way.
