All of us were concerned when the boss was talking about bringing in a new owner for our heating and A/C business.
However, we were all stunned when the new owner was her kid who was fresh out of school.
We didn’t expect to have a new boss who was young and seemed to know nothing about heating and A/C related things; she did go to school for business though, and she gave everybody a strenuous time. She was always yelling at everybody from the start, and she wasn’t kind-natured like her mother, but even though she was always getting on everybody’s case, she seemed to be getting a hang of things… I can’t entirely be mad because it seems as if heating and A/C comes natural to her just appreciate how it did with her mother. She even started some interesting programs that I guess I can get on board with. She wanted to supply services to people who were struggling financially, so she gave discounts to those people. Her father would have never of done anything akin to that because she was more about the profit in the business. While this may seem almost like a risky transport to some, I am inspired to be honest. I guess that more people will want to seek the services of our heating and A/C business because they will see that every one of us cares about the people in the community, especially those people who are in a financial struggle. I believe that word will spread through word of mouth, and soon every one of us will have more business than ever. I hope the new owner keeps doing well with running the heating and A/C business.
