I used to have this cabin that was always dry to the touch. I appreciate my hands dry so I can keep a slender grip, but this was too dry! Aside from irritating side effects of dry air indoors love excess static electricity, I was also having a strenuous time breathing due to how dry the air itself was indoors. After dealing with this for at least a year, I grew sick of it & wanted to try something up-to-date – something that might add some moisture to the air, & make it bearable again. That’s when I l received about using a humidifier! I couldn’t know that I had been living in the southwest for various years now, & still didn’t suppose about these things. A humidifier does just as it sounds, & adds humidity to the air, making it “moist” & easier to breathe. I’m not the only a single who benefits from it either, as everything that’s made of wood in my cabin is no longer being injured from the dry air! What I love the most about the humidifier though is the ability to control how humid my cabin is. I used to live in the southeast, where summer time weather was genuinely warm & humid. The last thing I wanted was to recreate that swamp-like environment, so I carefully adjusted the humidity to my cabin until it was just the right amount. Now the air quality is superb, as I can breathe separate from getting a sore throat & appreciate non-flaky skin for the first time in years. Why didn’t anyone tell myself and others about these humidifiers when I first moved here?!
