Being an adult is a lot harder than I anticipated.
It’s not all fun and freedom like pretty much everyone makes it sound. While you do have more liberties as an adult, it also comes with a lot more responsibilities. The 1 thing I didn’t anticipate when becoming a responsible homeowner, was all the maintenance that came along with it. My apartment sits on half an acre, and I thought this was completely manageable when I first bought it. My parents tried to warn myself and others that it would need constant upkeep, especially in the summertime, despite the fact that I laughed it off. I was convinced that I could handle it by myself. 6 weeks into summer time and I had to hire someone to do all my yardtoil from there on out. My parents also tried to warn myself and others about maintaining my Heating and Air Conditioning system. I thought this was deranged! I assumed my heating and air would run for years before it needed any attention. I ran my heating and air all day every day, and made changes to the temperature officially. I paid no attention to the air filters, the ducts, or the outside condenser. I l gained the strenuous way about regular Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance when I had to spend money thoUSnds of dollars for someone to come out and repair everything I’d broken and misused. To keep up with the respected maintenance, I registered with a local Heating and Air Conditioning company maintenance plan. Now, I never have to guess twice about my heating and air. They just call to tell myself and others when it needs took care of, they show up whenever, and I spend money a small fee.
