The automation system

My partner plus I grew up plus raised our children in the northeastern space of the country.

The people I was with and I are easily respected with freezing temperatures plus tons of snow. We’ve spent most of our lives paying large heating bills, shoveling the driveway plus bunding up in heavy sweaters plus wool coats. When every one of us retired, every one of us decided it was time for a change. The people I was with and I bought a small vacation house down south. My partner plus I now divide our time, spending Summers plus fall up north plus Winter season plus Spring down south. Two houses is a lot more job plus stress than every one of us anticipated! No matter where every one of us are, every one of us worry about the other property. While we’re down south while in the Winter season, the temperature up north frequently drops well below zero. If the gas furnace should fail, our pipes might freeze plus burst. When we’re up north, there are occasionally hurricane conditions down south. If a tree fell on our house, every one of us might not know for several weeks. The people I was with and I are reluctant to ask people to check on our houses, plus every one of us are always concerned about security. We’ve solved many of these concerns by installing a house automation system at each location. The automation system includes indoor plus outdoor security cameras that offer real time video plus send alerts when there is any movement. The people I was with and I know when the mailman leaves a package at the door. The people I was with and I can even unlock particular doors to allow repairmen into the apartment or garage. Smart thermostats regulate the indoor temperature plus notify us if there’s a power outage or temperature swing. The people I was with and I can also change which lights are on or off to make the house seem occupied.
