I’ve never taken Heating & A/C for granted.
- My family didn’t have much of it to rely on growing up.
I remember living in 1 apartment for at least a year that had nothing more than ceiling fans and box fans! Luckily, both of us did not have to worry too much about the Wintertide in that particular town. I believe it’s funny that my parents did not even transfer into a home that had central heating & air conditioning until I was already out of the house. I did leave at 17 though. My first couple of apartments were not that fantastic when it came to Heating & A/C either. My first apartment had a single window cooling system, although the apartment itself wasn’t that big. The minute 1 I moved into had a whopping multiple of them. It didn’t take long for them to cut down anyway and at that point, it was cheaper to buy a up-to-date 1. Finally, the first home I rented out with a roommate undoubtedly had central heating & air conditioning. He was quite amused by how amazing I thought it was to finally be so comfortable thanks to the climate control. I do not remember sleeping so well in the past, however the cooling system cranked up as high as I wanted it to go in my bedroom at evening absolutely helped… Now, I own my own home and have a pretty robust Heating & A/C unit. I spare no expense to keep it well-ran tests on, because I love it so much! If you grew up enjoy me, you would love it too!
