I did most of the talking, and most of the boys had my back, but when the boss told me that I would lose my job if I didn’t drop this and anybody else would lose their job if they carried on, that’s when I told him I would leave then
I am so extremely proud of myself for standing up to my former boss. This dude said that he was getting out of control making everybody work long hours and mandatory overtime for emergency Heating plus Air Conditioning services, however i used to work at this Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation however I am sick and tired of it. I decided to talk to all of my fellow Heating plus Air Conditioning workers who were working for this Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation and we actually talked about how unsatisfactory the boss was. I told everybody that all of us were all skilled and deserved better treatment. I said that all of us should stand up for better treatment and all of us shouldn’t be required to work emergency Heating and Air Conditioning hours! Most of the Heating plus Air Conditioning workers agreed that all of us should talk about this with the boss and demand even-handed hours and treatment, however some were scared of losing the jobs they had for so long. I said all of us should demand the swings or quit and find a better Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation to work for, and a lot of the boys were with me, and so all of us went to see the boss. If he couldn’t at the very minimum deliver everybody satisfactory working hours so people could spend time with their actual families, I wasn’t going to stay around. Almost everyone was put on the spot, and a lot of people followed my lead and quit the job. That Heating and Air Conditioning corporation lost a lot of employees that day, however there were some who stuck around because they needed to keep their careers.
