With all the fluctuations we’ve had to deal with over 2020, I’m amazed to see how great our business did this year.
The pandemic forced most of us to start working from the Heating plus A/C comfort of our homes.
And so I was prepared for the worst year on record for our sales. However, I have been really amazed plus over the moon with our sales this year. Everyone on my team pulled together plus they all went the extra mile under extraordinary circumstances. This could not be better news for us. I was even prepared to lose the lease on our offices at one point. I was prepared to do whatever was necessary to keep the corporation afloat. Yet, the opposite has happened this year. And while we didn’t have to completely close the office, the shifts worked separately just so that we could responsibly social distance. Our office space is pretty much just one big area. We have a few conference rooms with doors plus walls, but all the rest is a wide open area. And of course, the drawback of this has been the Heating plus A/C. It’s pretty taxing to find Heating plus A/C settings that are agreeable to 25 people. So, I am updating our Heating and A/C as a reward for such great work this year and as a sign that we are getting back to work this next year! I had our commercial HVAC company come in and convert the existing Heating plus A/C over to a zone control scheme for the office. This way there will be 4 independent temperature zones in the building and each one will have its own temperature control plus be completely customizable. I know it will thrill the staff plus it’s something I am excited to be able to provide for them.
