I am not one who usually reads the newspaper. As a matter of fact, I hate the news. It is all negative and depressing all of the time. However, one time a few months ago I decided to look at it just for the heck of it. And I came across an article that had nothing to do with the news that was quite helpful and changed my life for the better. It was an article talking about energy savings in the home. And it informed me that 99 percent of high electric bills are caused by the use of central heating and air conditioning systems. I was thinking about it, and they had to have been right. Because I have had this issue for a long time. They mentioned the way around this was to buy some portable heat and a/c products. Things like portable space heaters and portable air conditioning systems. Once having the portable heat and a/c products, you run them in combination with your central heating and air conditioning system and this will save you a lot of money and bring down those electric bills. Like run the central heating and air conditioning at one part of the day and then run the portable space heater or portable air conditioning systems another part of the day. Well, I took this advice, went out and bought portable heat and a/c products and the first month alone of doing this I saved half off what I would normally pay! This was a good thing.
