Retirement sort of sneaked up on me.
So I’m very grateful that my husband was fully on top of making sure both of us were making plans plus following through.
Leaving the commercial HVAC of that office was something I actually did not even adore thinking about, then most people can’t wait for retirement in order to walk away from their job. But my job was actually more of a passion plus I was lucky to be able to work with such superb people for nearly 40 years. I had worked my way up through the ranks in order to appreciate an executive position for nearly 15 years. That position came with a corner office plus an amazing view. And that office even had a control device of its own. I enjoyed what I did for a living plus I enjoyed the supplier so it was hard to walk away. Thankfully, my husband inspected so many details when it came to transitioning from my work to retirement. And the biggest thing he did was find the locale where both of us live now. Both of us moved to the south as both of us both were over all the snow plus ice of our loft region. Both of us truly were ready to swap a gas furnace for a heat pump. The locale that both of us ended up buying even came with a sunroom. Once both of us were there for a year, I realized the value of that sunroom. But I wanted to add to that value so both of us could appreciate the sunroom no matter the season. That’s when I called the local HVAC supplier plus they installed a ductless heat pump inside the sunroom. So no matter the season, my husband plus I can appreciate all the superb quality heating plus air both of us need out in the sunroom.
