Not easy to workout without proper temperature control

In the middle of the winter, I plug in an electric space furnace plus bundle up in warm clothing

I make physical fitness a regular part of my life… Every single day, I devote approximately an hour to my workout. I have a collection of fitness equipment, including a treadmill, jump rope, yoga mat, free weights, resistance bands plus a weight bench. I am incredibly lucky that I have a lanai on the back of my household where I can set up my equipment plus handle my workouts. The lanai is substantial with a concrete floor, eight-foot ceilings plus access to electricity. The one wall is easily made up of screens that offer a legitimately charming view of the lake behind my household. While I’m actually working out, I watch ducks, geese, fishermen plus boats utilize the lake. In my local area the weather is relatively mild for the majority of the year. I simply adjust what I’m wearing to handle the conditions. Because of the screens, there is no way to heat or cool the lanai. This is only a complication in the midst of summer time or winter. Although it’s a brief amount of time, I struggle with it. During the warm season, I make sure to get up as early as possible plus workout before the heat of the day. With uneven temperatures in the upper nineties, going without air conditioning is extremely brutal. I have a pair of electric fans that I operate at maximum speed, but I’m still drenched in nothing but sweat. In the middle of the winter, I plug in an electric space furnace plus bundle up in warm clothing. It doesn’t make a sizable difference. It’s hard to get warmed up plus motivated for a wonderful workout when I’m really cold.
