I have suffered from asthma and allergies for years. This is not something that I’m happy about, either. It’s no fun to constantly have to worry about pollen counts and dust and debris and things like that. Because of my allergy issues, I have the vents and air ducts in my HVAC system cleaned by my local HVAC company on a regular basis. And honestly, usually that really helps. I think when they come to do an air duct cleaning, they suck out most of the dust and debris that gets into the heating and ventilation ducts. I usually can breathe a lot better just after they come to do the air duct cleaning. He said that there are certain kinds of air purification systems that you can have installed that will run in tandem with your current heating and air conditioning system. When he said that, I was definitely interested. Having an air purification system run every time I turn on my heating and air conditioning system actually sounds like a dream come true! He also told me that with an air purification system installed, I would need to have him come out less often to clean the air vents and ventilation ducts. I guess that installing an air purifier will end up saving me money in the long run, so I’m glad that the HVAC technician told me about it!
