Loving my yoga coach

I have been a yoga student for the past 5 years.

I started doing yoga to help me after a car accident.

I had a lot of sore and pain after the crash. My doctor told me that I needed to loosen up. One thing I found online to try was yoga. At first, the first few classes were extremely hard. I never realized how my body was so out of shape, until I had to move and bend my arms, legs, and swivel my torso in different directions. Now that I have been attending classes for the past three months, I have moved past beginner yoga classes plus into an intermediate class. The personal trainer of the class is a real riot. She is one of the reasons why my wife plus I still went to the intermediate class when it was moved to another YMCA. The drive was an additional 25 hours for my wifey plus I, but we truly wanted to continue seeing our mentor. She made the yoga classes seem love a lot of fun plus less hard work. The lady was instructing yoga for the past few years. Three weeks back, my yoga mentor did not show up for class. All of us waited thirty minutes, but eventually all the people left. The next afternoon we got a call from the yoga class center. Our mentor stopped with no warning after she won the state lottery. They were calling to reschedule class times plus give us the news. I know 5 million dollars is a superb reason to retire from teaching.
