The company answered the phone on the first ring and they were happy to send an air conditioner service professional to our home within 90 minutes. I thought the timing was really quick and I was immediately happy with the customer service. When the air conditioner service professional arrived, he was not as friendly as the service associate on the telephone. He got right down to business and we went to look at the air conditioner. He grabbed some paperwork from the truck and started looking through the entire system. In 15 minutes, he finished the investigation and promptly told my wife and I that we needed a brand new air conditioner. I thought it was strange that he made the decision so fast, and I decided to call someone else for a second opinion. The second company was rated 5-stars on Google, and I had to wait a full day to make an appointment. Fortunately, they told my wife and I that we could replace a cheap part and the air conditioner would work just fine. I am so glad that we decided to get a second opinion.
