I’m a huge sports fan but it seems like even these activities are being taken over by modern corporations these days.
When I went to a baseball game this past week I was quite shocked when I had seen the most unrespected stuff going on within the confines of the scoreboard.
They usually run basic advertisements between displaying updated scores on the scoreboard. But this time at the game I was seeing non stop distracting ads for assorted heating plus a/c companies! The heating plus a/c companies in question which were being featured were odd heating plus a/c companies gathered from all over the state! This is what made everything so unusual at this game. Why were they advertising heating plus a/c companies that actually were not even in the local area? I could more easily understand if all the heating plus a/c ads were from odd heating plus cooling companies located throughout the city. However with them being from across the state I realized it was a legitimately weird thing indeed. I suppose all these assorted heating plus a/c companies had paid fine money to advertise their businesses to the public at the baseball game on an extremely hot and sunny day. I guess it made sense because this was not small time baseball…this was the majors playing here and that meant big bucks! These heating plus a/c companies must have spent a whole ton of advertising money while paying for the scoreboard. I wonder if next time they will have them too?
