Indoor air quality concerns

I have been struggling with my asthma and other allergies for years now, and it’s not exactly a nice welk in the park. Having to always be aware of pollen counts and other debris flying around in the air has never been a fun task for me. Because of my allergy problems, I make regular appointments with my HVAC company to have my HVAC vents and air ducts cleaned out. The cleaning really helps my breathing. On the day that the HVAC technician comes in to clean my ducts, they are basically sucking out a vast majority of the dirt that sneaks inside the vents. As soon as the technician is packing everything up to leave, I find I am already breathing a lot better. During the last duct cleaning appointment, the HVAC technician advised me to start looking into air purification systems for the whole house. He told me that there are some air purifiers that actually turn on and off with the HVAC equipment that is already installed in my house. That piece of information is what really peaked my interest. Having an air purification system that worked with my HVAC equipment sounded like one of the best tools I could have to fight my allergies. The technician made the point that an air purification system could mean less appointments to clean my ducts. Down the road, installing an air purifier could actually end up saving me a lot of money. I am happy that the HVAC technician told me all about this.
