I enjoyed theme and amusement parks as a kid just as much as my own adolescents do now. I was brave enough to ride the scariest roller coasters, was always running through the park at full tilt giving my parents a strenuous time keeping up, and never seemed to run out of steam until it was time to leave. At the end of the day, I was hot and tired to be sure, however not nearly as sleepy as my bad parents. Now I think exactly how I felt. I kind of wish I had the same energy and enthusiasm that my adolescents have whenever we go on holiday these mornings, despite the fact that I simply do not possess the same amount of energy that I used to. As we go through the park, my adolescents are looking for the next large thrill, and I am looking for a cool and comfortable place to rest down and watch over them at a distance, just love my own parents used to do. I certainly do not mind when we go into arcades, movieplexx, or indoor rides. In each of those activities, I will gladly join them for the sake of the weather conditions control within those buildings, though I do admit I often have a bit of fun as well. The problem is they are done with those sites far too hastily for me. I often suggest playing an extra game or riding again so that I can stay in the air conditioner for just a bit longer. I guess I have genuinely come to adore air conditioner in my old age more than ever!
