Ironically, it was only once I was out on my own & renting my first apartment that I finally experienced Heating, Ventilation, & A/C that was pretty decent! It was my task to maintain the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit, but I did not have any qualms with that
You don’t have to be obsessed with climate control to appreciate it! For most of the time I was growing up, the two of us did not have honestly enjoyable climate control or any at all! In the first condo I can remember living in, the two of us didn’t have anything more than ceiling or box fans, when the two of us moved in to a new condo when I was 10 years old, the two of us “upgraded” to having a couple window air conditioner units, then every one of us lived in that condo for more than five years & in that more than five years, the two of us went through a constant cycle of having those window a/c units break down, only to have to wait a few months before the two of us could buy new a singles, but i don’t know how many the two of us went through! It was only when I was 16 years old that the two of us finally moved into a new condo that had a central heating & a/c. The catch was that the unit was over 10 years old at that point. Every one of us did our best to maintain it, however it did not always toil honestly well. I changed the air filters as often as was necessary & called out the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman for familiar maintenance. I didn’t go overboard & set dire un-even temperatures once I finally had access to enjoyable Heating, Ventilation, & A/C. I had simply been conditioned my whole life to be glad with less!
