I never buy anything from the store. I usually try to find the item cheaper online. If you perform some research, you can almost always find the item for 10 or 20% less. When my mom needed a new AC unit for the house, I went online to look for something cheap. I didn’t want to spend a fortune, but I wanted to be sure that we received a quality AC unit. I read through some online magazines and periodicals, and I found out which AC units are the best for your money. I ordered one of those AC units from a reputable online dealer. I waited 3 days for the delivery, but the AC unit never came. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, but I never received anything. I didn’t receive the AC unit on Wednesday or Thursday either. On Friday, I decided to contact the online retailer about the location of my AC unit. The online retailer tried to tell me that the AC unit was delivered on Tuesday. I was home all day, and the AC unit never came to the house. I had to argue with them for an hour, before they agreed to send another AC unit. I even threatened to contact a lawyer. Since they didn’t have any proof of delivery, they decided to honor my request and send another A/C unit. They even overnighted the item at no extra cost to me. I don’t know if they ever mailed the first AC unit, but I wasn’t about to spend $200 on a second one.
