If you have issues with your heating and air conditioning system in your home, it can cause some major problems! If you can, just imagine experiencing both heating and air conditioning breaking down in the exact same year! If you think you’re tied up and put out by the lack of heating or cooling system in your home in both winter time as well as summer time months of the entire year, imagine that coupled with the unbelievable costs with having emergency repairs performed on the Heating and air conditioning system, however that’s totally unreal! I unfortunately know from experience exactly how that feels though, as I was dealt such a cruel bad hand earlier this year over the summer time – and just recently over the winter; I got it twice in a row! My air compressor for the HVAC cooling system component cracked while in a heatwave, and without an air compressor for the heating and air conditioning system, there’s no way for the air to be effectively passed through the air vents to the air handler inside my home.
Then, 5 or 6 weeks later and fresh after repairing my home’s cooling system, my electric furnace started acting out of character.
I couldn’t really believe my awful luck! There was nothing quite as irritating as knowing the gas furnace wouldn’t function as intended, especially with a serious strenuous freeze expected to come the following week in the weather. I’m just happy that the repairs have been performed now, but I’m thinking I better invest in a service plan from the local heating and cooling company for these systems. I don’t want to be caught off-guard like this again!
