The online retailer tried to tell me that the A/C device was delivered on Tuesday. I was lake apartment all day, and the A/C device never came to the house. I had to argue with them for an hour, before they agreed to send another A/C unit. I even threatened to contact a lawyer, but since they did not have any proof of delivery, they decided to honor my request and send another A/C unit.
