I have been looking for the perfect beach apartment for years now and I guess I may have finally found it. It doesn’t get absolutely freezing where I live so I don’t absolutely like the Heating plus Air Conditioning system, but our wife absolutely does. He explained that since the two of us don’t absolutely need something as strong as a furnace it might save us currency to have a fireplace on those freezing mornings. We found a apartment that really had a gas fireplace and our wife fell in love. She told me she could see her self basking in the AC filled sunroom during the morning and then at night resting in front of the fireplace. The owner even installed a up-to-date AC unit before he listed it for sale, which is nice for us because air conditioners are not cheap these days. I guess I will absolutely love having an fireplace and I can’t wait for those freezing summer time mornings to test it out.
