Grocery store freezer area

So tell me how…I went to the grocery store the other afternoon to replenish our fridge, & while I am meandering through the produce section, admiring some big, fat strawberries, I noticed a decline in the indoor air conditions.

And not only that, however the freezers & the cooling sections shut down, also… Now, mind you, this grocery store is a relatively brand new building, so there had been rumors about some things going haywire in the store, some minor kinks, & glitches, however now all of the cooling & A/C had shut down! This meant I had to rush to the freezer section because I absolutely wanted some ice cream for the night with our wine. There was an announcement made over the loudspeaker that the store supervisors were aware of the issue & that they were contacting an Heating & Air Conditioning provider to come & service the concern immediately, along with an apology to all of us clients! Yet, that did not calm down the buyers as they also began to rush around the store to hurry & get their perishable items before they melted & spoiled. I could not guess that this was happening inside such an exquisite, new & costly type of supermarket! I hurried to the checkout lines, which were inevitably packed, even though I reMained patient & waited our turn. I could see supervisors putting up signs & telling people that they had to close the store to service the Heating & Air Conditioning unit & that the cooling systems had failed. I also saw the Heating & Air Conditioning servicemans as they walked in. Next time, I will just have our groceries delivered to our home so that I won’t have to deal with any more surprises on our shopping trip.
