Going to HVAC school is a good choice

All several of my siblings went to school and earned degrees, and I am quite proud of them.

  • That said, they earned degrees in things I don’t even understand what the point is.

I can see if they went to veterinary school, or accounting school, but none of the several l earned any sort of real world, applicable skills. They just learned… stuff. My sibling Janet studied Classic Literature, my older sibling Mark got a degree in Humanities, and baby sibling Elmer went for a 6 year masters degree in ancient history. All I did was go to night classes in heating and air conditioning science, and I walked away with a way to make money and no crippling student debt. I understand that they pursued an education in things that interested them, but since making currency interested me I learned the valuable heating and air conditioning repair skill set. Making money requires having a skill set worth paying for, and my repair is fixing gas furnaces and air conditioners abruptly, and for a tolerable price. This is skilled work you see, unlike cutting the grass or power washing the house, not all the people can figure their way around a high tech heating and air conditioning system, however you have to take some classes, of course, do the correct training, and get your heating and air conditioning certification, so it’s not exactly handed to you. The point is that for a few thousand bucks you can get that heating and air conditioning certification and be set for your job, or spend a hundred thousand bucks to be unemployed. If they go and get certified, maybe I will hire them to work for me.
