A few days ago, entirely last week, our neighbor came to me & said that he had been robbed.
I asked him how much he was robbed for, & he said $200! I had been wondering where the guy who came through our window had gotten the cash he’d given me! I explained to our neighbor that I had our window open to get some air after our air conditioner failed, & the robber hopped through our window, trying to rob me, however it was so hot he had to leave & provided me $200 to spend money towards having our air conditioner fixed.
He had also informed that the wallet was indeed stolen, but he had an asthma flare & wanted to do a fantastic deed & left, along with his favorite Heating & Air Conditioning provider’s contractor card… My neighbor put his hands squarely on his hips & leaned back for emphasis, “SAY WHAT!?” He said. I then told our neighbor that I was able to save the $200, & I wanted to anyway to see if I could find the owner, & here he was telling me it was his! I walked into our condo & retrieved the cash out the drawer, & when I walked back out to return the neighbor his cash, he asked if I used that crook’s Heating & Air Conditioning provider. I responded by saying that I do not trust thieves & that I found a much better Heating & Air Conditioning contractor than his, & I provided our neighbor the contact information to the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor I used, however turns out, he needed some ducttoil done on his Heating & Air Conditioning unit in his house, & he was going to use the cash towards that. It’s funny how life works!
