Fitness center a/c

As a full time personal trainer, I feel as if I am doing my best to make our customers as happy and healthy as possible. i have one buyer however that I swear is never glad… She is constantly complaining about something, plus usually uses up half of our hour talking, last session she started complaining about the lack of AC power in the gym, plus how it was hard to workout while she was so hot. I told her I would talk with my boss about the cooling method issue plus see what I could find, however to make her suppose that I was doing something, I strolled calmly over and looked at the air duct and pressed down on the air filter a few times. She followed this up by talking about it being to hot, plus I told her I would talk to an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional about it. I brought it up to our boss, plus he said it very was time for preventative maintenance anyways, and both of us called our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C provider and later had them send someone out. I told him to make the AC equipment as chilly as possible, plus he said he would do his best. I am not sure what he did, however when he left the a/c felt super cold! I was excited for our buyer to return the next afternoon to see what she would say about our brand new ac. The next afternoon she walked into our gym with the AC equipment blasting at the highest setting. The first words out of her mouth were about how chilly the gym was! I realized that I simply couldn’t come out unscathed in this situation, and we got started with the workout. In the end I am ecstatic the people I was with and I fixed the AC unit, however we really didn’t need to.
