Eating right and exercising makes me feel better

I regularly felt so fatigued and never was in a great mood for the longest time.

  • I thought it would be a good idea to sign up for a gym membership.

Even though I had a gym membership, I was never truly excited to go to the gym actually often. I knew that I should be in there on a day to day basis getting my workouts in however that wasn’t happening like I planned. Instead I would rather just hang around in my home, watch TV, plus snack on a bunch of junk food. Eventually when I just kept on gaining weight, I decided to get in touch with a personal trainer to see if I could make some good changes to my health. I didn’t like feeling so tired all the time. The personal trainer was real nice and didn’t judge me. My fitness expert just helped me realize that food is fuel for the body plus that we need to make healthy eating decisions to acquire more energy. When she put it to me in this perspective, I noticed that I could get higher energy just by eating right and working out day to day. The thing about working out that I noticed is that I didn’t have a clue as to what I was doing. So with the help of my personal trainer, I was able to create physical fitness goals and she got me on a nutritional meal plan. I was actually truly cheerful about the nutritional counseling due to it made me so much more energetic. When I used to feel so sluggish, I now look forward to eating and exercising right.
