I am somewhat proud of myself for resting up to our former boss, this guy was getting out of control making everybody work long hours and required overtime for emergency Heating, Ventilation plus A/C services! I used to have a job working at this Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier although I had enough of it.
I thought it was a good idea to talk to all of our fellow Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals who were particularly working for this Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier and we talked about how unreasonable the boss was.
I told everybody that all of us were all skilled and deserved better treatment. I mentioned that we really should lay up for better treatment and all of us shouldn’t be required to job emergency Heating, Ventilation plus A/C hours, most of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professionals agreed that all of us should talk about this with the boss and require some unreasonable hours and treatment, but some were scared of losing their tasks. I said all of us should demand the variations or quit and find a better Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier to job for, and a lot of the guys were with me, and so all of us went to find the boss. I did most of the talking, and most of the guys had our back, but when the boss said that I would lose our task if I didn’t drop this and anybody else would lose their task if they carried on, that’s when I told him I would leave at that moment. If he couldn’t at least give everybody reasonable particularly working hours so people could spend time with their actual families, I wasn’t planning to stick around! Everybody was put on the spot, and a huge amount of people followed our lead and quit the task. That Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier lost a lot of employees that day, but there were some who stuck around because they needed to keep their jobs.
