If you are a trusting person like I have always been, you might want to be a little more careful when it comes to who you let into your house, but a few short months ago I really needed to get a new AC unit installed as well as it went horribly wrong! I picked the first Heating and A/C contractor that I could browse on the internet, and I really didn’t do any extra research.
Looking back on it now I really should have been positive that the Heating and AC dealer was vetted, but I didn’t particularly care as well as I trusted them to do enjoyable work. I should have known something was up when the bill kept rising and rising each day the Heating and A/C contractor was there. What was supposed to be a super quick replacement of a new ductless AC unit, turned into a few weeks worth of work. I am not even sure what they were doing because I was consistently at work as well as when I got new home each morning there was some note about a problem that occured as well as an extra fees that was added to the bill. On the second to last morning the Heating and A/C workers were there they left a note saying they were finished as well as that they would be charging my credit card. The cost that the left on the final bill was more than four times as much as they originally told me on the phone, so I called them back to ask why it cost so much for an cooling unit. All I got was a dial tone as well as when I looked all over on the web, but I couldn’t even find the Heating and A/C contractor anymore! It seemed that they disappeared along with robbed me of my money, not to mention the AC unit didn’t even operate.
