Working as a personal trainer, I am always trying to make our customers as cheerful as possible.
I have this one client though that I swear to the lord is never happy enough! She is constantly complaining about something, and usually uses up half of our hour talking.
Not very ago she started complaining about the lack of AC in our gym, along with how it was so hard to concentrate while she was so covered in sweat. I told her I would look into the cooling method issue plus see what I could find, to make her feel that I was doing something, I walked over plus looked at the air duct and then jiggled the air filter. She continued to complain about it being to hot, and I went on to tell her I would talk to an Heating plus A/C professional about it. I brought it up to our boss, and she also said it genuinely was time for preventative service anyways.; Every one of us called our Heating and A/C provider plus had them send someone out. I told him to make the AC machine as cold as possible, and she later said she would do her best possible. I am unclear as to what she did, but when she left the air conditioner felt appreciate ice! I was gleeful for our client to return the next day to see what she would say about our new air conditioner. A few days ago she walked into our gym with the AC machine blasting at full power. The first words out of her mouth were about how cold the gym was! I realized that I just couldn’t win, and we got started with the workout. In the end I am cheerful the people I was with and I fixed the AC system, but the people I was with and I totally didn’t need to.
